Shinan-gun, where islands, nature, and art coexist, has been designated as a ‘Special Cultural and Arts Industry Zone of 1004 Islands,’ marking the beginning of a significant transformation into a creative cultural city.

The entire area of 1004 islands will be connected through art, gardens, and culture.

Shinan-gun is taking a new leap forward as a creative cultural city!

The following four key changes will shape Shinan's future:

1️⃣ An art island enjoyed by all citizens and communicating with people worldwide.

2️⃣ A free environment for artistic creation accessible to everyone.

3️⃣ Leading the culinary culture through the development of the marine industry via islands and the sea.

4️⃣ The entire island is a stage, and you are the main characters of the 1004 islands!

Shinan is now transforming into a new art city, where the sensibilities of 1004 islands converge.

Please look forward to Shinan's future. ✨
