Recently, the chilly winds have been blowing in the mornings and evenings, and I've noticed an increase in coughs and colds among people around me. During this cold winter season, our immune systems can easily weaken, making us more sensitive to even minor symptoms. Today, I visited our local health guardian, the Deoksan Health Living Support Center, which takes care of our family's health without the need to go far to a hospital.

Upon entering the lobby, the 'Healthcare Service' zone welcomes everyone to use it freely. Here, you can find a blood pressure monitor, essential for checking vascular health during winter, and a height and weight scale to track children's growth. Most notably, they have an InBody (body composition) analyzer and a stress measurement device, which were previously only available at gyms. Without complicated registration procedures, residents can easily check their health data in a one-stop manner, which explains its popularity among the community.

Next, let me introduce the 'Children's Health Experience Center,' which is extremely popular among mothers. This area operates on a reservation basis to ensure a pleasant and smooth experience. Since many kindergartens and daycare centers frequently visit, it's advisable for individuals to call ahead to confirm availability before visiting.

The interior is decorated with vibrant colors and facilities perfectly suited for children's heights, making it feel more like a kids' cafe than a rigid educational space. Essential hygiene habits like brushing teeth and washing hands are turned into fun activities here. Through large tooth models and engaging visual materials, children can see and learn why smoking and drinking are harmful to our bodies, making it easier for them to understand.

In addition, the Healthy Mart zone teaches children to eat a balanced diet naturally, while the climbing zone helps build physical strength, and a cute area teaches proper sitting posture. Children can learn through hands-on experiences without needing direct instruction, making it a valuable space for them.

Additionally, there are motion recognition games like WePlay and high-intensity circuit training classes that combine strength and aerobic exercises, all aimed at supporting residents' healthy lifestyles. This center is not just a place to visit when you're sick but a space where you can take care of your body and cultivate healthy habits with your children in a fun way.

Most importantly, all of these benefits are available for our local residents! It would be a shame to miss out.
