It is equipped for training and practice with:
- 75-inch mobile stand TV
- 12 educational laptops
- 3D printing pens
- Soldering tools and various post-processing tools
- Workbenches and chairs
This space can accommodate up to 36 people and hosts various programs from equipment training to brainstorming sessions and creative classes.
Multi Cutting Room
The Multi Cutting Room features specialized digital production equipment, including:
- Laser cutter
- Vacuum forming machine
- Vinyl cutter
Equipment can be reserved online after completing the Maker Space training, with usage times ranging from 2 to 4 hours per day. Especially, using the vinyl cutter and heat press allows you to print custom designs on white t-shirts or eco bags, making them perfect gifts and suitable for merchandise or brand products.
The quality of the printed eco bags was impressive, rivaling store-bought products. Additionally, with the mug press, you can print desired images on mugs and tumblers, creating your own unique merchandise.
Wooden works created with the laser cutter were also displayed, showcasing a variety of three-dimensional and decorative items, indicating the high versatility of the equipment.
Sewing Room
The Sewing Room is equipped with six computer sewing machines featuring automatic embroidery programs. Users can reserve the equipment online after completing training, with usage times ranging from 2 to 8 hours per day.
A variety of thread colors and materials are available for making fabric products such as pouches, eco bags, hair scrunchies, clothing alterations, children's clothes, and household items. This space is beneficial for those starting sewing as a hobby and for young entrepreneurs preparing to launch fabric brands or products.
3D Printing Room
The 3D Printing Room houses nine 3D printers. After completing training, users can reserve the printers online, with usage times from 1 to 24 hours based on production needs.
Experiencing the process of turning computer-designed ideas into actual three-dimensional creations is one of the biggest attractions of the Maker Space. The displayed works by students included models of the Eiffel Tower, character figures, household items, and decorative pieces, showcasing a wide range of results.
Seeing an idea transform into a tangible product enhances the joy of creation.
The Maker Space at Dangjin Youth Narae Town is not just a place to use equipment; it is a creative platform that connects ideas to prototypes, hobbies to skills, and skills to entrepreneurship.
If you have an idea you've always wanted to bring to life, we encourage you to start a new challenge at the Maker Space, where professional equipment and training are available.
