Health and Medical Advisory Committee Meeting Overview
On the 7th, the Shinan County Health and Medical Advisory Committee convened in the county office’s video conference room.
This meeting was held in accordance with the Local Health Act and related county regulations.
Nine out of twelve advisory committee members, including healthcare professionals and community representatives, attended in person.
Key Agenda Items Discussed During the Meeting
During the session, committee members engaged in in-depth discussions on major healthcare planning issues.
These included revisions to the 8th Long-term Local Health and Medical Plan, evaluation of the 2025 third-year implementation results, and the formulation of plans for the fourth year in 2026.
In addition, a comprehensive management plan for the home healthcare center was carefully reviewed.

These outcomes will be reported in person to the county council on January 9.
Afterward, the finalized plans will be submitted to Jeollanam-do Province and the Ministry of Health and Welfare for further review.
