I discovered this ginkgo haven while searching for ginkgo spots in Jinju. It used to be a train station, but now it's abandoned.

The ginkgo trees around the station building are lush and beautiful. It's a peaceful and wonderful ginkgo spot in Jinju, without the crowds.

There's a bike path in front of the station now. Galchon Station seems like a romantic place to cycle along the path.

There's a parking lot behind the bike path, making it easy to park and explore this ginkgo paradise.

Although it's an abandoned station, there are clean restrooms right next to it.

There's also a bicycle storage area in front.

Exercise equipment is available for public use.

The station building is preserved as it was, surrounded by ginkgo trees. The old-fashioned appearance made Galchon Station even more charming.

The trees around the station were all yellow, and the leaves were falling little by little, creating a beautiful scene like a yellow carpet. Especially the four ginkgo trees lined up were really impressive!

This place is also a great spot for sunlight, so if you visit on a sunny day, the yellow color will turn even more golden, allowing you to take beautiful pictures.

There aren't many cafes or restaurants nearby, but Galchon Station is worth visiting just to see it. It's a great place to feel the tranquility of the countryside. I recommend sitting in the gazebo next to it, relaxing, and cycling while enjoying the scents of autumn.
