Exploring the Spring Blooms at Changpo Garden

I rented a bicycle to explore the beautiful spring flowers blooming all around Changpo Garden.
Here are some basic details:
Location: Changpo, Geochang
Address: 21-1 Changpo-won-gil, Namsang-myeon, Geochang-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do
Regular closing day: Every Wednesday
Parking: Available
You can rent bicycles at the Changpo Garden rental station. Simply scan the QR code at the entrance to make an online reservation. Once you receive a confirmation message, you can pick up your bike.
They offer a variety of bikes, including options for children, one-person, two-person, four-person, and six-person bikes.
After renting a bike, I headed to the ticket booth to reserve my entry to the garden. Residents of Geochang can enter for free, so I received a complimentary ticket!
Entering the garden and taking a right turn, I found the cycling path starting right away!
The path leads to a beautiful cherry blossom avenue, and the cherry blossoms are currently in full bloom!
The weather was lovely, and I saw many people enjoying their bike rides.
With about 80% of the cherry blossoms blooming, it looks like this weekend will be perfect for a scenic walk along the cherry blossom path.
As I enjoyed the cherry blossoms, I discovered various photo spots along the way. It's great to stop and take photos at these spots!
After cycling a bit further, I also spotted tulips and azaleas.
Next to the Metasequoia tree path, there is a barefoot walking path as well.
There are many pavilions throughout the garden, perfect for resting.
The weeping willow trees have beautiful new green shoots that are quite lovely.
There are also weeping cherry blossom trees!
I visited the observatory where the flowering ground phlox has started to bloom.
From the observatory, the view of the green leaves and pink cherry blossoms created a stunning landscape.
By the time I reached the ticket booth again, I saw a variety of spring flowers blooming, including daffodils, marigolds, and tulips.
After enjoying the spring flowers, I recommend visiting the tropical greenhouse and foot bath experience area.
If you're visiting with children, the Changpo Garden Kids Cafe (reservation required) and the book cafe are great places to enjoy.
There is also a nursing room next to the book cafe!
If you inquire at the healing center's information desk, you can rent a wheelchair or stroller for free.
Currently, cherry blossoms are blooming all over Geochang, making it a beautiful sight wherever you go.
I highly recommend visiting Changpo Garden, filled with spring flowers!
