The Jincheon Gwanghye-won Library is conveniently located near the Gwanghye-won Administrative Welfare Center and Health Center, making it easily accessible for local residents. With its spacious two-story layout and ample parking, it's an inviting place to visit. On my recent visit, I enjoyed reading and relaxing, and I'm excited to share more about the facilities!

Upon entering the library, I parked in the free parking lot and made my way inside, which leads down to the basement level. The basement features cultural classrooms and multipurpose rooms, while the first floor houses the children's library, and the second floor contains the general information room, multimedia room, and study rooms.

Ascending to the first floor via stairs or elevator, I found the children's library, which is impressively spacious! It offers a wide range of books aimed at elementary school students and children, with around 25,000 titles including creative stories, classic literature, and fairy tales, as well as history, science, and comics.

The library has plenty of comfortable tables where children can sit and read. The cozy setting, located within the bookshelves, is sure to be a favorite spot for kids.

Inside the children's library, there is also a designated area for toddlers, equipped with a seating arrangement that allows for relaxed reading. It seems like a wonderful place to spend healthy time surrounded by books.

On the second floor, the general information room serves as a primary learning and reading space for adults and teenagers. It is well-equipped with modern facilities and a pleasant environment, leading to high satisfaction among local users.

Near the entrance of the general information room, there is a corner for periodicals, where visitors can find a variety of the latest magazines on fashion, current affairs, travel, education, and hobbies. Note that these publications cannot be borrowed and are only available for reading within the library.

There is also a special area equipped with a reading magnifier. Users can turn on the magnifier, place a book on the platform, and adjust the zoom for a comfortable reading experience, making it particularly beneficial for those with vision difficulties.

Seating by the windows is spacious, and there are many tables within the bookshelves, allowing everyone to freely engage in reading, studying, working, or relaxing. The ability to quietly enjoy this space for free is one of the library's greatest attractions.

The general information room also includes a multimedia room where users can access PCs for internet browsing, document writing, and DVD viewing.

Adjacent to the general information room, there is a study room designed for more focused learning, often used for exam preparation and certification studies. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis with designated seating for members, so if you wish to use it, please bring your ID and visit the office or the second-floor information room.

Today, I had a leisurely time reading at the Gwanghye-won Library, one of the Jincheon County libraries. Libraries are free cultural spaces open to everyone, regardless of age, so I highly recommend visiting if you need some relaxation and a good time!
