Exploring Susungdae: A Winter Wonderland

Susungdae in Geochang is famous as a summer tourist destination, but I would like to introduce it as a great place to visit in winter as well!
After parking at the Susungdae parking lot, the first thing I noticed was the tourist information map of Geochang County. This map is useful not only for visitors from afar but also for the local residents!
Looking at the comprehensive guide map of Susungdae, I realized that the area is larger than I expected. This time, I took advantage of my lunch break to visit the area near the suspension bridge.
There are also adorable characters representing Geochang County, Sagak and Geobok, which are quite cute!
Crossing the suspension bridge, I found it to be quite long and a bit shaky. My companions jokingly referred to it as a 'shaky bridge.'
During the summer vacation season, many people come here to enjoy water activities, and I can't help but look forward to summer!
After crossing the bridge, there are decks for camping and cooking facilities, which will be very useful in the summer.
Also, there is a winter sledding area that operates during the winter, but it has currently closed, so we will have to wait for next year.
There is a playground for children, and I saw families enjoying their time together there. Although the playground isn't very large, the kids seemed to love it, making it a great spot for families to visit.
Susungdae, famous as a summer tourist destination, is also great to visit in winter, so I highly recommend you check it out!
