Experience the Apple Theme Park in Geochang
Last month, I visited the Geochang Apple Theme Park as part of a joint reporting trip with the Geochang promotional reporters.
With Children's Day approaching, I thought it would be a great place to visit with children.
The Geochang Apple Theme Park is marked by a large apple model visible from the nearby Geochang interchange.
At the entrance of the park, various apple tree varieties are planted, and when we visited, the beautiful apple blossoms were in full bloom.
To the left of the entrance, connected to the right building, is the cooking experience room.
At the entrance, there were details about the experience programs offered at the Apple Theme Park.
Apple Theme Park Experience Center Operations
Operating Days: 6 days a week (closed on Wednesdays, January 1st, Lunar New Year, and Chuseok)
Experience Types: Apple Pizza & Pie, Ice Cream, Cupcakes
Experience Times:
1st Session: 11 AM - 12 PM
2nd Session: 1 PM - 2 PM
3rd Session: 3 PM - 5 PM
Experience Fees
Handmade Dough Apple Pizza: 15,000 KRW
Apple Pie: 15,000 KRW
(Reservations required at least one day in advance for the above experiences)
It’s important to know which experiences require reservations and which do not, so you can enjoy your desired activities.
On the day of the joint reporting, we were divided into groups to make handmade dough apple pizza, tortilla apple pizza, apple pie, and apple teppanyaki ice cream.
Since the dough needed to be fermented in advance, we had to make reservations at least one day before.
The handmade dough was soft and easy to work with, making the process enjoyable.
It was fascinating to see the process of making apple teppanyaki ice cream for the first time.
The experiences at the Geochang Apple Theme Park are easy for children to follow, and many groups from local daycare centers and kindergartens visit.
All the items, including the dough apple pizza and apple pie, are baked at high temperatures, allowing for quick completion.
We took a group photo to commemorate our creations.
After the joint reporting, I had the opportunity to visit again and enjoyed watching a live broadcast there.
I recommend this place for anyone looking for fun activities to do with children in Geochang.
