Customized Health Programs for Community Wellbeing

To Extend the Healthy Lifespan of Residents
Customized Mobile Health Programs!
Shinan County is responding to the ultra-aging society and promoting the extension of healthy lifespans for local residents.
From February to June, we will operate the 'Youth Health Class' and 'Menopause Health Class' for five months.
These health classes are designed to reflect the geographical characteristics of Shinan County, which consists of islands and coastal areas.
We aim to encourage healthy living by providing physical activity programs centered around easily accessible community centers and welfare centers.
The 'Mobile Health Class' enhances participation convenience!
Especially for residents in island areas who have difficulty moving, we will operate the classes through a 'Mobile Health Class' format, where professional trainers visit community centers and welfare centers directly.
This approach allows more residents to participate in exercise conveniently without the burden of time and distance.
