Jeollanam-do is expanding opportunities for local youth to enjoy cultural activities and improve their quality of life.
In 2026, we will implement the Cultural Welfare Card support program.

February 20, 2026 - March 31, 2026
(Applications accepted continuously during this period)
???? Eligibility
Youth who meet all of the following criteria:
✔ Must have resided in Jeollanam-do for at least 2 years as of the application date.
(Must have maintained a Jeollanam-do address since before February 9, 2024)
✔ Born between 1998 and 2007
???? Exclusions
✔ Employees of public institutions receiving welfare points
✔ Recipients of educational allowances for out-of-school youth
✔ Recipients of the Jeollanam-do Women Farmers and Fisherwomen Happiness Voucher

???? Amount of Support
Up to 250,000 KRW per person per year
⏰ Usage Period
From the date of card issuance until December 31, 2026
(Unused funds will automatically expire at the end of the year; reapplication is required each year)
