Busan Getaway: Bridal Shower and Friend Trip!
I went on a trip to Busan with my friends for my bridal shower!
We all live in different areas – Seongnam, Suwon, Andong… so we decided to meet at Busan Station, each taking the train separately.
We used to all live together in Seongnam when we were younger, but we scattered after becoming adults…?
As soon as we arrived, we dropped off our luggage at the hotel and headed straight to Suyeon Best Pork Rice Soup!!
A friend had made a reservation on the train, so we thought we might be cutting it close, but we arrived just in time!

It was a brunch, so we quickly finished our bowls and took pictures at a nearby analog photo studio.
I’d been there with my boyfriend before, and it's different from other photo booths, so I wanted to come again with my friends❣️
They have wedding veils and bouquets, so I highly recommend taking pictures there!!!
What's after a meal??? Coffee~~~
We walked into a cafe because it looked pretty, and it had an ocean view and a classy vibe with a bar.
They served iced Americanos like whiskey, which felt very luxurious✨
Espresso seems to be their specialty, so even though I don't know much about it, I ordered the 'Padova' espresso and it was so delicious????!
I'm not ready to try straight espresso yet, but this one had white cream and chocolate powder on top,
So the sweetness and the bitterness of the espresso went really well together ☕
We also ordered a non-coffee almond cream latte :)
We went back to the accommodation, picked up our luggage and checked in!
My friends prepared the bridal shower themselves…
It couldn't have been more perfect… I’m so touched…????????
I couldn't have tricked them since we were traveling together, but it was beyond my expectations…✨
They told me to lie down on one of the beds, and I ended up falling asleep;; (which was a good thing~)
They took such pretty pictures, and the cake is so cute,,, ????
I heard Haeseong Makchang House is so famous,
So we rushed there before the wait got too long, and it was just a hair's breadth away...
As soon as we got in, a wait started… We were so lucky????
We cleared 3 servings of pork intestines and beef intestines, along with intestines hot pot and fried rice....
Eating something greasy and then something spicy and hearty is so good,,,????
Full from the meal, we took a walk along Gwangalli Beach.
Unfortunately, the wind was blowing too hard, so the drone show was canceled????
Instead, we enjoyed a busking performance~~~ and walked back to our accommodation!
Back at our place, we ate the egg tarts we bought during the day and the bridal shower cake while
chatting and then showered, watched TV, and fell asleep????
There was an egg tart shop near our accommodation called Etalee,
and it turned out to be an egg tart맛집 ,,,!!!!!!
They were sold out of everything except the basic egg tart,,
When I woke up in the morning, I tried to get on the waitlist for Tonshou and succeeded as the 72nd in line!!!!!
So, we looked for a cafe nearby and came to Casa Busano again ????????
This was the terrace of Casa Busano near Tonshou.
We were joking about going on a Casa Busano cafe tour ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
The atmospheres of the two places are different, but both are popular because they are ocean-view cafes,,!
I only drank an iced Americano here ☕
I was hoping for the whiskey-like iced Americano from the day before, but they gave it to us in a regular cup, which was a bit disappointing ????????
Since we were 72nd in line, I thought we'd get in by 1 PM, but…
It took longer than expected, and we ate brunch???.... lunch. at 2 PM :-)
So.... one of my friends.... almost missed her train !!!!!!!!!!!!
The taxi driver drove really fast, and she said she ran as soon as she got out of the cab and barely made it onto the train...... ????
