A Visit to Kyungyang Donkatsu in Seosan

Today, I visited 'Kyungyang Donkatsu', a good price restaurant located in Seongyeon-myeon, Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do, for lunch.
As I enjoy donkatsu, I was eager to find a place that not only offers reasonable prices but also delicious food.
A good price restaurant is defined as an establishment designated and managed by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and local governments, based on reasonable pricing, cleanliness, and friendly service to enhance consumer satisfaction.
With prices like 9,000 won for donkatsu, 10,000 won for a set meal, and 8,500 won for fish katsu, the pricing was quite reasonable considering the current dining costs.
Being a good price restaurant designated by the Ministry of Interior and Safety, Chungcheongnam-do, and Seosan City added to the trustworthiness of the place.
The interior was cozy and clean, making it a pleasant spot to visit without the burden of high costs, especially when most donkatsu places charge over 10,000 won nowadays.
In these times of rising prices, it felt refreshing to enjoy a meal at such an affordable rate.
I wanted to try several dishes, so I ordered the 'Special Donkatsu', the most expensive item on the menu, priced at 13,500 won, which offered great value considering the portion and variety.
In addition to donkatsu, the menu included options like jjolmyeon, udon, fried rice, omurice, and noodles with whelk, providing a wide selection.
Before the donkatsu arrived, I was served warm udon broth and soup, which was a delightful surprise, especially the cream soup, as it warmed me up before the meal.
The side dishes included radish salad, pickled daikon, and kimchi, which could be replenished upon request.
The 'Special Donkatsu' consisted of loin katsu, cheese katsu, fish katsu, chicken katsu, and shrimp katsu, accompanied by rice and salad, and the portion was quite generous.
The donkatsu was crispy as if freshly fried, and the thickness of the meat and batter was just right, providing a good texture.
Different sauces were served with each type, enhancing the unique flavors.
Furthermore, 'Kyungyang Donkatsu' accepts Seosan Love Gift Certificates, making the meal even more affordable when paid with local currency.
It truly lived up to its name as a 'good price' restaurant, offering a hearty meal at a reasonable price.
As prices continue to rise, the significance of good price restaurants, which provide reasonable prices and attentive service, feels even more substantial.
I hope this initiative spreads further throughout the community, alleviating some financial burdens for consumers while building trust with local small businesses.
I look forward to more good price restaurants where residents can feel safe and satisfied in our neighborhood.
In the future, I will continue to visit good price and exemplary restaurants each month to introduce local dining options that combine taste and value.
