Chuncheon, a beautiful lakeside city, is a popular destination for scenic drives! Many people enjoy taking day trips to Chuncheon, and today I'm excited to share my experience at Soul Roastery Cafe, a well-known Chuncheon dessert cafe with a beautiful pine tree garden and delicious coffee. It's a fantastic place I highly recommend visiting in Chuncheon.

The pine tree garden is particularly impressive, and simply sitting at an outdoor table was a healing experience. The cute pine cones scattered on the ground and the refreshing scent of pine filling the air made me feel invigorated.

I spent a delightful time with my lovely friend at an outdoor table, enjoying the cafe's signature corn coffee and some sweet pastries.

Besides the stunning pine tree garden, there are various indoor zones where you can relax in the cool air conditioning. The interior space is divided into nine sections, which is one of its charms. It's great to be able to relax in your preferred style in your desired space.

The first impression of Soul Roastery, a Chuncheon dessert cafe, was one of pure tranquility. The sight of the pine trees filling the spacious garden was breathtaking. The indoor zone is structured in a U-shape around the garden.

Parking Information

There is a parking lot right next to the road. In addition, there are even second and third parking lots, making it a large cafe in Chuncheon. Fortunately, there was a parking spot right next to the road, so I was able to park and go up. Across the road is the Soyang River, adding a refreshing touch to the experience.

Interior View

The building on the far left is where you can place your order. You can order coffee, pastries, pizza, and drip coffee. The store is incredibly large and well-organized, making it fun to look around. Each building has a number and a slightly different interior, making it enjoyable to explore them one by one.

You can also purchase the cafe's signature corn coffee in cans. Feeling guilty about enjoying the delicious coffee alone, I bought canned coffee on my way back. They also sell snacks to enjoy.

Ordering

I went into the main building to order. I bought a pastry to enjoy with the corn coffee and also ordered a cup of drip coffee, captivated by its aroma. You can also purchase drip bag coffee.

They also sell various types of coffee beans. You can test the aromas directly, so I experienced the testing while waiting. There is also a map that allows you to guess the scale of this place.

We each chose our favorite coffee beans. The rich aroma of the coffee being brewed by an expert was wonderful to see and smell. You can wait in the waiting area, but I wanted to see these delicate hands directly.

Enjoying the Cafe

Sitting in the outdoor garden with the cool river breeze, we fully enjoyed our own healing time, soaking in the unique atmosphere. It was our own sensibility, in contrast to most people who were indoors because of the heat.

As expected of a Chuncheon dessert cafe, the pastries were delicious. Seeing the pizza being eaten at the next table made me want to try it too. My friend and I had lunch at nearby Todamgol Charcoal Ribs, so we enjoyed a light dessert, which was perfect. It was so good that I could understand why many people recommend this place as a must-visit in Chuncheon.

My time at Soul Roastery, a Chuncheon dessert cafe, was a time where I could feel both comfort and refreshment. My eyes felt cleansed by the green pine tree garden. And with delicious coffee and desserts, it couldn't have been better.

It was so wonderful that I didn't want to go home. The gentle music flowing through the cafe speakers and the scenery blended with my emotions, making for a very happy time. On the way home! A can of corn coffee to drink in the car gave me strength. Time spent at a large cafe in Chuncheon! It was a beautiful trip to Chuncheon where everything was perfect.
