guarding the area.
<Jangheung Muge Goyeongwan Historic House> was
originally a temple site called 'Jeonghwasa,' but
it was rebuilt by Go Jae-geuk in the 3rd year of King Cheoljong of the Joseon Dynasty
and has been maintained until today.
In 1988, it was designated as Jeollanam-do Cultural Heritage Material
No. 161.

The historic house is surrounded by pine trees and bamboo,
creating a forest-like landscape,
making it a great place to visit for a walk.
