Haenam Cultural Tourism Foundation Collaborates with Four Major Private Gardens

The Haenam Cultural Tourism Foundation has joined forces with the four major private gardens of Haenam!
- Discovering stay-type tourism products linked to gardens -
(The Haenam Cultural Tourism Foundation) held a meeting on February 20 at the private garden 'Moon Garden' located in Gyegok-myeon, gathering representatives from Haenam's four major private gardens to work together on attracting tourists using these gardens.
The meeting was attended by officials from the foundation and representatives from Forest Arboretum, San-i Garden, Biwon, and Moon Garden.
During the meeting, participants shared their concerns and discussed in-depth topics such as: ▲ discovering tourism products linked to gardens ▲ collaborative projects among gardens ▲ ways to enhance tourist satisfaction.
In particular, a plan was established to promote the foundation's unique tourism brand, the 'Haemung Project,' which was developed through the Korea Tourism Organization's DMO support program, with two events held annually at each garden to promote the gardens and Haenam tourism.
The foundation's CEO stated, "By collaborating with the four major private gardens of Haenam, which are on par with any in the country, we will accelerate the attraction of stay-type tourists and invigorate the local economy."
