2026: The Year of Visiting Geochang
Welcome to the Year of Visiting Geochang 2026!
As part of the opening event, we are conducting the Golden Apple Stamp Tour.
This event is aimed at tourists from outside Geochang County.
During the Lunar New Year, I went on a tour with my nieces and nephews who came to Geochang.

How to Participate in the Stamp Tour
1. Receive your passport at the designated distribution points.
2. Explore the nine scenic spots of Geochang and stamp your passport at each location.
3. Collect stamps from at least three locations to receive a souvenir.
Souvenir Distribution Point: Geochang Food Complex Center
Operating Period: January to March 2026
(The event may end early if the budget is exhausted.)
Passport Distribution Points:
- Geochang Anti-Aging Healing Land (Management Office)
- Geochang Changpo Garden (Information Desk)
- Susungdae Tourist Site (Management Office)
We chose to visit the closest distribution point, Geochang Changpo Garden.
The passport is distributed at the building that houses the kids' cafe and library, making it easy to find.
After presenting my ID at the administration office, I received the Geochang Tourism Passport.
Please note that only tourists with addresses outside Geochang County can participate, and each person is limited to one passport.
To commemorate receiving the passport, we took a photo at the location marked with Geochang Changpo Garden.
After receiving the passport, there is a stamp available at the information desk.
Children can stamp their passports themselves, making the tour enjoyable.
Depending on the number of stamps collected, the type of souvenir will vary:
- 3-4 stamps: 1 character keychain
- 5-6 stamps: travel bag
- 7 or more stamps: Golden Apple Package (includes 1 keychain)
