2025 Korea Bonsai Exhibition & ABFF Convention to be Held in Sinan
The 2025 Korea Bonsai Exhibition & ABFF Convention will be held in Sinan!
Sinan County will host the ‘2025 Korea Bonsai Exhibition’ and the ‘2025 ABFF Convention’ at the 1004 Island Bonsai Garden from November 7th to 11th (5 days)!
The Asia-Pacific Bonsai Friendship Federation (ABFF) Convention is an international bonsai event held every two years.
After Manila, Philippines in 2023, this significant international event will be held in Sinan after two years.
The theme of this event is ‘Coexistence of Resonance.’
It aims to promote the beauty and philosophy of traditional Korean bonsai to the world.
This event will elevate Sinan's status as a hub for international bonsai exchange.
Bonsai experts from 10 countries, including China, Japan, and Taiwan, will participate, and approximately 300 exquisite Korean bonsai works will be exhibited.
In particular, to expand international bonsai exchange:
✔ A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is scheduled to be signed among the World Bonsai Friendship Federation (WBFF), China Baoding Garden, and the 1004 Island Bonsai Garden.
This is expected to serve as a major stepping stone for international cooperation.
An official from Sinan County stated, “This event is an international festival that shares the value of coexistence between nature and humans.”
They added, “We hope that Sinan County will take this opportunity to become a center for global bonsai culture.”
