A Culinary Road Trip Through Southern Korea in Winter
The wind is chilly, but the table is getting warmer.
Winter in Namdo is the season for 'oysters, octopus, and cockles'.
If you plan your driving route well, you can enjoy a full course:
dipping (oysters), mixing (cockles), and even the soup (sea eel, eel soup).
Divide the course into the eastern region (Yeosu–Boseong–Suncheon) and the southern region (Jangheung–Gangjin–Haenam),
