Before departure, stopping by the duty-free pickup counter is an essential step when ordering from online duty-free shops. Knowing the exact pickup location and how to reduce waiting time can make a big difference, especially during busy travel seasons.

The duty-free pickup counter at Incheon Airport Terminal 2 is located on the 3rd floor of the departure area, near gate 225G.
From the Korea Traditional Culture Center in the West Wing, take the escalator across the hall down to the 2nd floor. If you use Departure Gate 1, the route is especially convenient and easy to find.
One Pickup Counter for All Online Duty-Free Shops
This pickup location is not limited to Shinsegae Duty-Free purchases. Items ordered from other major online duty-free shops such as Lotte and Shilla can also be collected at the same counter.
This centralized system makes the process much simpler, especially when ordering from multiple duty-free platforms.
Using Remote Queuing on the Shinsegae Duty-Free App
You can wait directly at the pickup counter, but during crowded hours this often leads to long lines. A much better option is to use the remote queuing feature within the Shinsegae Duty-Free app.
After passing departure screening, you can issue a waiting ticket through the app by navigating to My Page, then Pickup Location Waiting Ticket, and selecting issue waiting ticket.
Actual Waiting Time Experience
At the time of use, there were about 26 people ahead in the queue. Despite this, the estimated waiting time was under 10 minutes.
In reality, my turn came in just 7 minutes. Since I was already waiting near the counter, the pickup process was completed immediately when my number was called.
