How to Get to the Hangang River Bus Magok Dock
The Magok Dock is located about a 15-minute straight walk from Yangcheon Hyanggyo Station, Exit 3.
Once outside the station, you can simply follow the marked path on the ground that leads directly toward the dock. Even first-time visitors find it easy to navigate.
It is also conveniently combined with a visit to Seoul Botanic Park, which is nearby and perfect for a stroll before heading to the river.

Based on the first departure, the Magok to Jamsil route begins around 11:00, reaching Mangwon, Yeouido, Apgujeong, Oksu, Ttukseom, and Jamsil in sequence.
The return route from Jamsil to Magok follows the same stops in reverse order, offering a full round-trip experience on the Hangang River.
Temporary Suspension and Pilot Operation Notice
As of late October 2024, the Hangang River Bus service has been temporarily suspended due to a technical issue, with operations paused until October 31, 2024.
Additionally, starting September 29, 2025, the service will enter a pilot operation phase for approximately one month. During this period, public boarding will be suspended while unmanned test operations are conducted to improve long-term safety and system stability.
This decision prioritizes passenger safety, and normal service is expected to resume once testing is completed.
Planned Operating Hours Before and After Suspension
Before the Chuseok holiday period, operating hours had been planned from 11:00 to 21:37.
After October 10, extended hours were scheduled from 07:00 to 22:30, allowing both daytime sightseeing and evening rides along the river.
