We provided the customer with the 'before unfolding' and 'after unfolding' design drafts, and
We even designed the 'label' that goes into the product.

We have a 'drawing' of the virtual sketch of the product.
When unfolded, and the important sleep eye mask part is perfectly implemented!

The initial draft of the sample has been released.
The design is not perfect yet, but the shape has been implemented!
The eyes, nose, and mouth are implemented with embroidery.

Before the full-scale sample production as above, we create only the character's shape and proceed.
The 'blue hat' placed on the pig in this character will be an important 'point'.

What if you make it without hesitation and make a mistake?
To create the perfect character, you must minimize costs and time.
Before sample production, we proceeded by shaping the character.
A request was made to change the color of the sample draft fabric.
Even if it is the same color, there are various colors in 'Pantone colors' such as dark flesh color and light flesh color.
Even if it's the same color, there's a difference in feel!
So I compared several colors.
We tried our best to find the color again according to the customer's request and started sample production.
I wait for the sample with half expectations and half trembling...

But something is strange.
The wrinkled ear area and Doni's hair (blue lid) have no three-dimensionality and give a strong impression of being pressed!

Now I will request the factory again.
1. Make the hair (blue lid) part without three-dimensionality more three-dimensional by filling it with more cotton.
2. Change the clumsy ear part to be pointy

Tada!
The ears are also made pointy, and 'Handoni's hair is plumper than before!
Now, let's appreciate the actual product containing the upper, front, side, and rear views!
