Hearty and Healthy: Sumi Potato Rice Recipe

Let's enjoy a hearty meal with healthy root vegetables! ^^
Fluffy Sumi Potato Rice

It's a rainy Wednesday.
Since dawn, with thunder and lightning...
The rain was pouring down fiercely,
I couldn't even sleep.
Plus, it's my high school daughter's first day back...
I had to wake up early,
So I'm completely drained. ㅠㅠ
In times like these!
Eating is the best! ^^
It's raining, so I prepared some potatoes. ^^
Ingredients:
3-4 potatoes, 1/4 onion, 1/8 carrot, rice and mixed grains (adjust to your family's needs)
Sauce Ingredients:
1 tbsp minced garlic, 3/4 tbsp sugar, 8 tbsp soy sauce,
1 tbsp red pepper powder, 3 1/2 tbsp water,
Some chopped green onion, 1 tbsp sesame oil,
1 tbsp cooking wine (optional)
Dice the potatoes.

Add them to the washed rice. ^^
You can use a regular rice cooker, no need to use the gas stove.
Add a little more water than usual when cooking rice.
(About 70-100ml more.)
Put the rice in the rice cooker.

Mince the onion and carrot.

It's better if they're finely minced, but...
This is where I draw the line~~

Add the minced onion and carrot to the sauce
So that the flavors soak in nicely. ^^

Once the rice is cooked,

In a large bowl, scoop the Sumi potato rice

Pour the sauce over it.
Adding a fried egg is even better, haha.

I mixed it all up and wrapped it in seaweed
And devoured it! ^^
