Easy and Delicious Beef Yukjeon (Korean Beef Pancake) Recipe

Today, I made Beef Yukjeon (Korean Beef Pancake) using a cut of beef suitable for Bulgogi.
Let's start making this super simple Yukjeon recipe that makes a plateful of deliciousness all at once!

1. Ingredients
- 200g Bulgogi Beef
- 2 Eggs
- 1 handful of Korean Chives (Buchu)
- 1 Shiitake Mushroom
- 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- Seasoning: Pinch of Salt & Pepper

2. Marinating the Beef
Season the beef with a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Preparing the Vegetables
Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Chop the Korean chives into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice the shiitake mushroom.

4. Making the Beef Yukjeon
Stir-fry the seasoned Bulgogi beef.
Add the Korean chives and lightly cook with residual heat.
Add the sliced mushrooms, pour in the egg mixture, and once the egg is cooked, flip it over. Cook carefully over medium-low heat to prevent burning.
If the Yukjeon is thin, use a plate to help flip it without changing its shape.

Beef Yukjeon is complete!
