Wake One Entertainment Faces Allegations of Manager Misconduct and Neglect
Wake One is an entertainment agency under CJ ENM.
They manage groups formed through Mnet survival programs, including Kep1er, ZEROBASEONE, ILY:1 (Izu:na), and Alphadriveone.
Established in 2021 through the merger of CJ ENM's subsidiary agencies, Wake One is now under fire.
Despite numerous reports of problematic behavior by its managers, Wake One is accused of neglecting the issues and, even more bafflingly, mistreating its own idols.
The circumstances surrounding Yun Jiyun's departure from ILY:1 remain unclear.
While the agency cited health reasons, fans have alleged that it was due to abuse and harassment by a manager.

The ILY:1 manager is seen reacting sensitively to Yun Jiyun in seemingly unremarkable situations, darkening her expression, and engaging in unnecessary physical contact.
Further accusations come from a ZEROBASEONE fan account, criticizing Wake One for not dismissing a manager who allegedly harassed and mistreated ZEROBASEONE members Ricky, Han Yujin, and Jiyun.
One video shows the manager touching Han Yujin's butt in a public place.
In another video, the manager massages ZEROBASEONE's Chinese member Ricky's shoulders, with his hand slipping far down his back, causing the idol to flinch.
Fans claim this is an example of inappropriate physical contact.
Yun Jiyun, who went on hiatus in February 2025 and left ILY:1 six months later in August, did not even leave a farewell handwritten letter to her fans.
The members also have not mentioned Jiyun at all.
Considering this, can we believe Wake One's claim that it was due to health reasons?
