Lady Jane Reveals Diet Success After 100 Days Postpartum: 'Cut Food Intake in Half'

Singer Lady Jane has revealed her amazing diet success after giving birth and shared realistic weight loss tips.
"100 days postpartum, successful in losing 3.5kg in a month!"
In a new video released on her YouTube channel 'Lady Jane' on the 24th, she showed off her slimmer face, saying, "It's been 100 days since giving birth, and it's been a month since I started dieting in earnest."
Lady Jane explained, "I lost 11kg at the postpartum care center, and after that, I boldly cut my food intake in half."
"When I eat, I start by putting half aside. If you feel it's a waste to leave food, dieting is difficult. You have to be able to throw it away even if you're disappointed," she emphasized.
"Enjoy the hunger… your body adapts quickly."
She revealed that hunger was difficult at first, but her stomach quickly adapted after a few days.
"The key is to reduce the amount you eat itself. Rather than pushing yourself too hard in the short term, you need to find a method that can be sustained for a long time. If you accept the feeling of hunger as a 'sense of accomplishment,' it's much easier."
"Losing 3.5kg in a month is an ideal rate."
On this day, Lady Jane also revealed the results of her InBody measurement.
"I lost about 3.5kg, from 56.8kg to 53.4kg. I think this is a very healthy and ideal rate of reduction for a month."
She also emphasized the importance of a sustainable routine, saying, "It's not a short-term diet of one or two months, but now I'm creating a habit of living like this."

Meanwhile, Lady Jane married actor Lim Tae-hyun (10 years younger) in 2023 and had twin daughters through IVF.
