ILLIT, a project girl group formed through a survival program, debuted on March 25, 2024.

Original Positions: Minju - Iroha - Wonhee - Moka - Yunah

The center position was originally held by Wonhee, born in '07.

Changed Positions: Yunah - Wonhee - Minju - Iroha - Moka

This year, Minju has frequently taken the center position, and it seems that the center of ILLIT has completely changed from Wonhee to Minju.

With this change, other members' positions have also been altered.

Wonhee secured the center position after ranking first in the final episode of the girl group survival audition program 'R U Next' (broadcast on JTBC from June 30 to September 1, 2023).

However, for some reason, she was removed from the center position just 1 year and 6 months after her debut.

Belift Lab kicked Youngseo out due to the group concept and now they changed the center.

Even in the 2025 Lunar New Year greeting video, Wonhee was still the center.

The 2025 Chuseok video shows Minju in the center, a decisive evidence of the change.

But the original formation, with the shorter member in the middle, seemed better.

Perhaps it's because Wonhee looks too young, and this change is for ILLIT's image transformation.

Wonhee's fans may be disappointed, but ILLIT's main visual, Minju, is perfect as the center and looks more mature.

But Wonhee and Minju, who are three years older, are so close like real sisters, so they probably won't care much about the center change.
