Review of PJ Hotel Wedding Venue
Hello!
Today, I would like to share my review of PJ Hotel, which was the second venue in my wedding hall tour. While I visited Marengi9 for a brief time, the other venues were planned for a full day tour.
Typically, due to consultation and travel time, visiting about four venues in a day is the maximum.

First, the location is very accessible as it is near Euljiro 4-ga Station, Chungmuro Station, and Euljiro 3-ga Station. For guests coming from out of town, this location is advantageous for taking the KTX or driving.
Parking is available at the nearby Eulji Twin Tower, and a shuttle service operates frequently, which alleviates concerns about parking.
Since it is a hotel wedding, there may be a mix of guests and regular hotel guests in the lobby, which could be seen as a downside. However, there were large banners throughout the lobby for ceremony guidance, and we were informed that four elevators are available.
Near the ceremony area, monitors were installed to broadcast the event, and welcome drinks were provided exclusively for wedding guests, which was impressive.
We visited Hestia Hall as our top choice, but Muse Hall also had a clean and appealing atmosphere.
Both halls have a lower ceiling height but are wide, so they don't feel cramped.
The bride's waiting room in Muse Hall was small but charming, while the waiting room in Hestia Hall was spacious and beautiful!
However, Hestia Hall requires a guaranteed attendance of 250 people for Saturday ceremonies, while Muse Hall has a requirement of 200. This may influence your choice based on guest count.
The atmosphere in Hestia Hall was generally organized, typical of hotel weddings, with dim lighting that may appeal to those who prefer darker venues, while Muse Hall suits those who prefer bright and lively spaces.
PJ Hotel is well-known for its delicious meals, earning the nickname 'Bob J.' The food presentation looked impressive, and I believe guest satisfaction would be high. Visiting at 11 AM, the freshly prepared dishes looked particularly appetizing!
The benefits of booking on the same day were also quite attractive, especially the accommodation voucher, which would be practical for parents traveling from out of town.
Pros of PJ Hotel:
1. Excellent accessibility due to triple station proximity.
2. Parking tower and shuttle bus service.
3. High-quality meals known as 'Bob J.'
4. Good benefits for same-day bookings.
Cons of PJ Hotel:
1. Possible mixing of guests and hotel patrons in the lobby.
2. Higher guaranteed attendance for peak times in Hestia Hall.
Ultimately, we decided to book The White Veil, but PJ Hotel was a strong contender. The benefits and conditions were appealing, but the guaranteed attendance of 250 guests felt burdensome for us, so we regrettably did not proceed with the contract.
The consultant was very kind, and although the decision had to be made by 5 PM, they extended the time to 6 PM for us, showing great consideration.
If you don’t find the guaranteed attendance burdensome and prioritize accessibility and meal quality, I highly recommend the PJ Hotel wedding venue!
