Reflections After the College Entrance Exam

The long-awaited college entrance exam has finally come to an end. Now that it's over, my friends are feeling a bit bored during the exam period, but I guess that's just how it feels.

On the day of the exam's conclusion, I received flowers, and my sister gifted me a cozy scarf, making it feel like a true ending. However, even after it ended, it didn't quite feel over.
I had a beautiful bouquet, but I couldn't take a picture, which is probably my fault...
Before the exam, my dad had restricted my diet, making it tough, but to celebrate its end, we went to a seafood pub. The sadness of not being able to eat raw seafood was overwhelming. I indulged in a variety of dishes like seafood platter, raw beef, seafood ramen, and steamed clams. We visited a place called Magok Shasex, which seemed perfect for enjoying seafood in a clean environment, although the establishment was a bit small.
Unfortunately, I was too busy eating to take any pictures...

That weekend, I met up with my childhood friends and enjoyed one of my favorite restaurants, Dim Dim Sum. We also went to Paris Baguette for some cake to share. It had been a while since we last met due to the exam, so we chatted for hours!
It's shocking that I've visited Dim Dim Sum so many times but have no pictures to show for it... Why are there no photos? I must be a bit of a foodie! If you don't dislike cucumbers, I highly recommend trying their spicy set or ordering the spicy dumplings. Honestly, if you have those, you'll eat 1.5 times more... Dim Dim Sum is truly love!
We yelled out that we could each have our own cake, but we ended up sharing one instead, thinking about our diets.

After clearing the essay exam that weekend, I felt exhausted. The following week, I had the science essay exam, so I managed to relax a bit afterward.
For afternoon tea, I went to Lotte Hotel, thanks to a KakaoTalk gift coupon I received as a congratulatory gift for finishing the exam! I'm forever grateful to the twin who gifted it to me. Their desserts have a higher sugar content compared to other afternoon teas, so only those who love sweets should challenge themselves... I usually pride myself on enjoying sweets, but even I struggled at the end!

They also offered chocolate from a collaboration with Ghana, and the first two on the left were truly sexy food! Anyway, there were a lot of sweet options. The waterfall was visible, and the staff were friendly, so I left feeling refreshed.
After indulging in sweets, I craved something spicy, so I headed to the Shinsegae department store and went to a Chinese restaurant called Hogyungjeon. I ordered sweet and sour pork and spicy seafood noodle soup, and they were indeed delicious! The staff at both the department store and hotel were so friendly, which was great for someone like me who can be a bit shy. I briefly stopped by Starbucks before heading home (yes, I still have no pictures... I was too busy eating).
After that, I cleared the remaining interviews and realized that for the same school interviews, the order was determined by the number of times you entered. I went in as the first candidate and came out as the first as well (this might have been possible because the interview didn't carry much weight).
I took the KTX to the essay exam, and as soon as I got off at Dongdaegu Station, I went to a nearby department store. I ordered pasta for a whopping 30,000 won, but the taste was underwhelming. If possible, I'd recommend finding a good restaurant even if it takes a bit of effort.

After dinner at the department store, I encountered a taxi driver who was already angry before I even got in. My mental state, which was already fragile, crumbled. As an INTJ, I couldn't say anything while listening to his complaints. I wondered if I had done something wrong (I need to keep my composure).
Upon reflection, I realized that the reason for calling KakaoTaxi was to request a taxi to a desired location. I had been standing in a complicated area, and the driver was upset with me for not moving closer to where he wanted. I ended up walking quite a distance to get to the taxi.
After arriving at the hotel, I had juice and wings in the lounge. The next morning, the taxi driver sighed heavily due to traffic, and I found myself shrinking in my seat. He decided to take a back road, and since I couldn't speak up, I just nodded in agreement. The traffic was heavy, which may have made the trip longer. After a series of twists and turns, we finally arrived!
Finally, at Dongdaegu Station, I aimed for a quick meal after the essay exam. I went into a udon restaurant, but my order took over 30 minutes to arrive. When I saw that the bowl of rice for the person behind me came out first, I went to inquire about mine. I politely asked if they could check on my order, as it seemed like those who ordered after me were getting served first.
Maybe it was because the restaurant was chaotic? They didn't even check and just snapped at me, saying they were serving in order. But the person next to me was getting their rice dishes first. Confused, I returned to my seat. When the bell rang, I went to pick up my order, only to find two bowls of gyudon that we hadn't even ordered. With no time left for the train, I saw others canceling their orders, so I decided to cancel mine as well. I bought some twisted doughnuts and kimbap instead, both of which were above average, and enjoyed them while watching the drama 'Typhoon' on my way to Seoul Station.
The doughnut packaging was just too cute...
In conclusion, I didn't search for restaurants, but the hotel breakfast had a wide variety and was the best!
Finally, after going around to finish the essays and interviews, a boring period has arrived.
