As I often travel to Incheon for business, I've started considering the check-in method when choosing a hotel. So today, I'm going to honestly share my review of Brown Dot Geomdan New Town, the 'king of privacy' among unmanned hotels in Incheon's Seo-gu, where I stayed a few days ago!
???? Unmanned Kiosk? So Convenient!
As soon as you enter, there's a kiosk right there! You can check in with just a few touches without meeting anyone. When traveling to Incheon for business, it's tiring to stand in line for check-in and show your ID, right? There's none of that here. It was really convenient.
You can also register your car in the kiosk, and there's plenty of dedicated parking up to the 3rd basement floor, so I was completely satisfied!
????️ Room Quality Exceeded Expectations
I stayed in a Superior room, and the first thing I felt upon entering was, "Wow, it's really spacious." Above all, having a styler was great for managing my business attire. The TV was a whopping 75 inches! It offered free access to 6 OTT services, including Netflix, Disney+, and Wave, so I had quite a fulfilling time alone. Really.
The cleanliness was also perfect! It was the first time I stayed in a room without a speck of dust while traveling to Incheon for business.

This place is really amazing… The hallways are quiet, and you can't move between floors without a security card, so there are no unnecessary encounters or noise.
There's even a noise warning after 12 AM! I really liked this kind of detail.
I checked out a day early due to my business trip, but unmanned check-out was possible, so I could leave right away without stopping by the front desk, which was convenient. Isn't this system great for business travelers?
