This was my second hotel dining stop in Busan using a Rex Card voucher, and this time I chose La Seine at Lotte Hotel Busan for Saturday dinner.
From the festive Christmas 분위기 in the lobby to the smooth entry flow and fast replenishment, the overall experience felt polished, crowded but comfortable, and consistently high in food variety and quality.
This is the second hotel dining experience during my trip to Busan, which I started using the Rex Card voucher. After visiting the hotel buffet yesterday, I went to La Seine at Lotte Hotel Busan this time.

As expected during the year-end season, the lobby and various areas of the Lotte Hotel were beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive atmosphere from the moment I entered. Even though I arrived about 10 minutes early, there were already many guests waiting in front of the restaurant, highlighting the popularity of Saturday dinner time.
Entry began about 5 minutes before the scheduled time, proceeding in order. After being guided to my seat, I was informed that dining would start at 17:00. As soon as I sat down, a complimentary glass of wine was served, enhancing the dining atmosphere right from the start.
Overall, there were many families dining, and the restaurant felt almost full, typical for a Saturday evening during the year-end. La Seine lived up to its reputation, offering a remarkable variety and quality of food.

The overall menu was extensive, with no corner feeling neglected, resulting in a high-quality buffet experience. I was able to enjoy a satisfying meal for two hours, feeling pleasantly full.
The food was replenished quickly, and despite the crowd, the flow was well-managed, allowing for a comfortable dining experience.
