Munsik Bread and the Owner’s Philosophy
Munsik Bread specializes in cube bread!
You can also purchase the trendy Dubai chewy cookies starting from 1 PM!
Unfortunately, when I visited around 3 PM, they were already sold out. 😢
Although there weren't many types of bread left, I was lucky to find the ones I wanted!
Munsik Bread has two indoor tables and some outdoor seating!
The owner is renowned for his high passion for baking!
His passion is so high that he studied pastry in Japan and France!
He has also worked at famous hotels in Korea!
From cube bread to rusk, scones, financiers, and sandwiches, everything is reasonably priced!
Munsik Bread uses low-temperature, long fermentation methods, which makes the bread easy to digest.
This is because they use natural leavening, high-quality flour, and French-certified butter, making it healthy for kids too!
What I Ordered and Tasted
Don't miss out on the free maple pecan or Americano when you write a review!
(The maple pecan is incredibly delicious, so be sure to participate!)
Here's my real review of Munsik Bread!
I ordered the Aglio Olio, Basil Tomato, Maple Pecan, and an Americano.
I enjoyed the Americano and maple pecan pie at the cafe and took the cube bread home!
You guys, you have to try it during the review event! (Make sure to try the chewy cookie too!)
The maple flavor is rich, and the pecans are crunchy!
The owner really knows how to use ingredients well!
As soon as I got home, I heard that reheating it in the air fryer makes it even better, so I did just that!
On the left is the Aglio Olio from Munsik Bread, and on the right is the Basil Tomato cube bread!
Not just one, but two kinds of olives and cheese were stuffed inside!
The owner is truly passionate about bread!
Despite the olives, it wasn't salty at all; it was perfectly delicious with the bread!
The Basil Tomato was fantastic too!
Cream cheese was generously included, and the basil and tomatoes were perfectly seasoned while maintaining their texture!
I'm curious about the other breads, so I plan to visit again soon!
