A Relaxing Stay at Hanok Hotel DAAM in Bukchon Hanok Village

It had been a while since I last visited Bukchon Hanok Village with my friends. It felt new and refreshing after all these years.
We were debating where to stay, but we finally found a place with a good price and location, so we booked it – Hanok Hotel DAAM!

3-star ★★★
Originally, we wanted to park at the hotel, but they told us it wasn't possible, so we ended up traveling by public transportation. One of my friends who came from far away had a bit of a tough time because of that ㅠㅠ.
Parking is available at nearby public parking lots, but the prices vary, so be sure to check before you park!
The exterior of the hotel immediately showcases the beauty of a traditional Korean house (Hanok). I think a foreign friend would really appreciate it! The lobby and breakfast area are located on the first floor.

We booked a Deluxe Triple Room for one night, including breakfast.

The room had a lovely Hanok atmosphere. The double bed was spacious enough for two people. We decided who would sleep alone with a game of rock-paper-scissors! Deciding who gets what bed on a trip is actually quite fun.

The sink and shower room were separated, which was convenient, and the shower room even had a bathtub! The hot water worked perfectly.
The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all smelled nice and were quite decent! The sink drained a little slowly, but it wasn't a major inconvenience.
Bathrobes and disposable amenities were provided according to the number of guests. The toothpaste was a solid tablet type, so if you find it uncomfortable, it's recommended to bring your own.

There was a selection of tea bags, and they were even from a well-known brand, so I enjoyed a cup in the morning haha.
The mini-fridge had bottled water for each guest, and I bought some beer from a nearby convenience store, chilled it, and enjoyed it while chatting with my friends in the evening. It was the best night ever. There's a convenience store near the hotel!

Breakfast was served in a brunch-like style~~ There was a surprisingly wide variety of bread, and it was all delicious. I had a hearty breakfast. 😄
The hotel is located near Changdeokgung Palace, and Anguk Station is about a 10-minute walk away, so there are plenty of pretty cafes and delicious restaurants nearby. It's a conveniently located and cost-effective Hanok hotel, so we had a fun and comfortable stay.
I want to come back with my friends next time! I should come on a date with just my mom in the fall. 🥰
