Why We Chose Mood Oasis Yeonnam
After work on Friday, I headed to Yeonnam-dong for a bridal shower. Although I live in Jamsil, it felt refreshing to visit Mapo after a long time.
I searched extensively for bridal shower venues, including hotels, hanok stays in Seochon, and studios in Haebangchon. In the end, a studio felt far more practical and flexible than a hotel.
Location & Check-in Experience
Mood Oasis Yeonnam is about a 10–15 minute walk from Hongik University Station. Using the back stairs of the building leads you directly to the entrance.
The owner sent a very detailed message before check-in, covering access instructions, deposit information, and timing. We were even allowed to enter 30 minutes early.
Studio First Impression & Atmosphere
The moment we entered, the space felt like a ready-made photo studio. We added balloon decorations for an extra fee, and it was absolutely worth it.
The lighting, floral styling, and overall tone made it easy to start taking photos immediately without extra setup.
Facilities, Props & Convenience
Inside the studio, there is a powder room, a spacious dress room, and even a separate bathroom hidden behind a mirror.
Tripods, chargers, hair accessories, a handheld steamer, and even dresses and veils in multiple sizes were provided. This made preparation incredibly easy after work.
Bridal Shower Experience & Final Thoughts
We met as colleagues three years ago and grew into close friends. Celebrating her upcoming wedding in this space felt truly meaningful.
The evening lighting made every photo look like an editorial shoot, removing the biggest worry of bridal showers: disappointing photos.
Both the bride and guests were fully satisfied, making Mood Oasis Yeonnam a place I would confidently recommend to anyone planning a bridal shower or special gathering.
