February 5

Arrived at Cheongju Airport after a 2-hour flight from Ibaraki Airport.

My parents picked me up at the airport, and we headed to Andong with my Japanese friend.

We arrived in Andong just after 10 PM and had grilled pork intestines for dinner at Andong Yong Sang Sin Daegu Makchang.

February 6

In the morning, I got a haircut at a salon because my hair was too long, and then we had lunch at Yemi Jeong.

In the afternoon, we visited Hahoe Folk Village (it costs 1,000 won for Andong residents, but 5,000 won for others).

In the evening, we explored Wolyeong Bridge.

For dinner, we went to our friend's accommodation and grilled some meat.

February 7

In the morning, we went to Yeongyang to visit my grandmother's house, and on the way back, we stopped by Yeongdeok to see the sea.

For dinner, we visited Andong's traditional market and had Andong Jjimdak (braised chicken).

February 8

This day was a rest day because my friend was sick.

We ordered delivery for dinner, enjoying jokbal (pig's trotters) and bossam (boiled pork).

February 9

We took the KTX from Andong to Seoul.

Upon arrival, we headed straight to our accommodation to unpack.

In the evening, we explored Myeongdong and tried a famous dish called Dakhanmari (whole chicken soup), but it wasn't that great.

February 10

In the morning, we visited the National Museum of Korea and had lunch in Itaewon, enjoying Gukbap (soup with rice) and seafood pancake.

After that, we took a bus to Starfield Library.

In the evening, we visited Namsan Tower, which turned out to be more expensive than expected to go up to the observatory.

For dinner, I wanted chicken, so we found a place nearby our accommodation.

February 11

In the morning, I met a friend living in Seoul and had lunch together in Noryangjin, enjoying bulgogi.

After parting ways with my friend, I went to Yeouido to explore The Hyundai and IFC Mall.

In the evening, I met my dad for a drink, having grilled pork intestines and fried rice.

February 12

It was the day for my friend to return, with their flight at 2 PM, so we had breakfast at the hotel and headed to Central City to catch the bus.

After about an hour and a half, we arrived at Cheongju Airport, where I saw my friend off. I then took a train to Jecheon and headed back to Andong.
