Experience meditation and tea ceremonies through a temple stay at Bongeunsa, located in the heart of Seoul.

This program lasts for one night and two days, focusing on breath and mindfulness alongside a monk.

Step away from daily life and immerse yourself in the sounds, scents, and tastes of the present moment.

It’s a valuable opportunity to let go of complex thoughts and reflect on yourself.

The program begins with Anapanasati meditation, followed by evening prayers and the 108 prostrations.

End the day in a calm manner, taking time for self-reflection. We encourage you to participate.

Program Schedule and Costs

The schedule for the Bongeunsa temple stay includes orientation after room assignment on the first day, a temple tour, evening meal, and meditation time.

On the second day, there will be early morning prayers, 108 prostrations, breakfast, and tea time.

All activities provide opportunities for focus and relaxation.

The cost is the same for adults, middle and high school students, elementary students, and preschool children: 100,000 KRW.

Reservations can be made until one day before the program starts and are only available on weekends.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent, so please keep this in mind when making reservations.
