Gimhae Observatory is here to satisfy your curiosity!
After learning about celestial bodies and the universe, observing actual planets in the sky will change the way you see the stars.
Located at the top of Bunsung Mountain, the observatory offers a stunning view of Gimhae's night scenery before and after the programs.
Tip!
✔️ Online reservation is required for programs.
✔️ It can get chilly at night, so bring a light jacket.
Operating Hours: 14:00 - 21:30 (Last admission at 21:10, Closed on Mondays)
Maintenance Time: 17:00 - 18:00
3️⃣ Gimhae City Museum of Art
The newly established Gimhae City Museum of Art is the hometown of renowned sculptor Kim Young-won, who created the statue of King Sejong in Gwanghwamun Square, Seoul.
The museum features interactive exhibitions with AI and spaces for children, along with an art shop.
Highlight: The 'Statue of King Sejong' is now also viewable in Gimhae!
