Although the Beginning of Autumn (Ipchu) has passed, the sun is still strong during the day, and the energy of midsummer hasn't completely faded.

However, in the gentle breeze, you can gradually feel the changing of the seasons.

Around this time of year, 'Pampas grass,' blooming softly like reeds, naturally comes to mind.

Blooming at the intersection of summer's end and autumn's beginning, it heralds the arrival of autumn.

Today, we'd like to introduce you to a place where you can fully experience the autumn scenery in Gimhae: the Pampas grass colony along the Buram-dong Seonakdong River Trail.

Every year from mid-August to early October, the Buram-dong Seonakdong River Trail is filled with Pampas grass blooming along the riverside.

As a plant representing autumn, the softly blooming Pampas grass swaying in the breeze makes you feel that the long summer is ending and autumn is approaching.

The Seonakdong River Trail is a 1.8km-long promenade that starts from Sikman Bridge and leads to the entrance of the Sineosan Mountain Trail.

It's a flat path with almost no slope, so anyone can walk comfortably. It's also an easy course to walk with strollers, bicycles, or pets.

Benches and pavilions are provided in various places, making it a great place to take a break and spend a relaxing time.

Enjoy a sentimental stroll while capturing the sparkling sunlight on the Seonakdong River and the swaying Pampas grass.

Pampas grass is always beautiful!

On a sunny day, the Pampas grass, embracing the sunlight, sways in the wind, creating a romantic atmosphere with its silver waves.

The calm waves of the Seonakdong River beyond add to the peaceful and serene scenery.

Around sunset, the river, sky, and Pampas grass are all dyed in the colors of the sunset, resembling a beautiful painting.

Pampas grass is native to the plains of South America and usually grows 1-3m, sometimes over 4m.

Thanks to its height, which far exceeds that of an adult, you can become the main character in a wonderful pictorial just by standing among the lush and slender Pampas grass!

Take a light selfie or walk naturally, capturing memorable photos filled with the atmosphere of the season.

Gimhae Airport is located near the Seonakdong River Trail, so you can often see airplanes passing overhead while walking.

You can enjoy the sight of airplanes from various angles, adding another element of fun to your walk!

In particular, capturing the Pampas grass, the river, and the airplane crossing above in one frame creates a uniquely charming and emotional photo, making it a popular photo spot.

The Gangbyeon Eel Town is located near the Seonakdong River Trail.

Gangbyeon Eel Town is a collection of restaurants selling 'Buram Eel,' one of the nine tastes of Gimhae.

As many restaurants have opened, emotional cafes have naturally taken their place as well.

Before or after your walk, visit Gangbyeon Eel Town, enjoy the riverside view, and have a delicious meal and a relaxing coffee time!
