A Month in February: My Final Days of Unemployment

Starting February with a healthy bibimbap!
I had a craving for grilled intestines, so I checked my favorite spot on the map.
It's been ages since I visited a grilled intestines restaurant!
I ordered seasoned and salted options, and the seasoning was perfectly sweet, sour, and spicy—delicious!
The salted grilled intestines were incredibly tasty!
I was told to try the doenjang rice, and since we don't drink, we had a quick meal!
I made a denim frame that my brother wanted to recreate, using a frame from Daiso and an old pair of jeans.
I also tried making a delicious stir-fried dish with leftover vegetables and some tuna.
Dinner consisted of oyster pasta and beer, shared between us.
I got some kimbap, and the cross-section was so pretty that I wanted to make my own and cut it nicely.
For a simple dinner, I had chicken breast, sweet potato fries, and beer.
I visited a local noodle shop that I regularly go to, trying a light dish this time instead of the usual hot pot.
The taste was rich and satisfying, perfect for a light meal.
On my way to my in-laws' in Nonsan, I switched driving with my brother for the first time, which was nerve-wracking!
I came across some beautiful strawberries and enjoyed them immensely.
After having coffee, I wrapped up my first Lunar New Year visit.
For my February reading, I picked a book from my sister's place that was surprisingly enjoyable for a non-reader like me.
To stay fit, I hit the gym for a run on Sunday afternoon.
I struggled a bit but managed to run 4 kilometers that day.
I cooked some spinach with garlic, which was delicious despite being a bit too garlicky.
After rearranging the living room, I created a new photo zone that I love!
I visited a well-known restaurant in my sister's neighborhood, waiting to get in.
It was great to have some grilled pork belly and beef brisket again!
I had a late-night snack of spicy beef soup and picked up some instant noodles on my way home.
I had a fun day with my brother and enjoyed some hand-drip coffee.
I ended February with a visit to a new cafe and enjoyed a walk around Naksan Park.
I practiced my running in the Han River area, feeling energized.
It was a fulfilling month, and I'm looking forward to March and new beginnings!
