The first schedule of this trip was a temple stay at Gwaneumsa.
It was a resting-type stay without structured programs, allowing me to spend time entirely on my own.
I wandered through the temple grounds, enjoyed simple but nourishing meals, and rested within a quiet space.
Finding Peace in Stillness
As the days passed, my heart slowly reached a state of resonance.
