Winter Han River Festival 2025: A Unique Experience

Han River Wind Festival Program
The Han River Wind Festival will take place from December 27 (Saturday) to December 28 (Sunday), 2025, daily from 1 PM to 6 PM.
The venue is the riverside stage in front of Sebit Island at Banpo Hangang Park, which offers a perfect space to enjoy the winter ambiance along with the open scenery of the Han River.

During the event, there will be stunning stunt kite demonstrations and large kite exhibitions, along with programs that allow for direct participation.
In particular, the 'Wish Kite Making' program is gaining much attention as participants create their own kites filled with personal wishes and experience a group kite-flying event.
This experience is highly recommended for families visiting with children and for those who wish to spend the end and beginning of the year meaningfully.
The Wish Kite Making program operates on a reservation basis.
Reservations can be made by searching for 'Han River Festival' on the Seoul Public Service Reservation website.
The reservation period is from 10 AM on December 15 (Monday) to 5 PM on December 22 (Monday), and it will be closed on a first-come, first-served basis for 100 participants per session.
Participation is free, and each person can reserve up to two slots, so interested individuals should make their reservations promptly.
