Seoul Winter Festa is welcoming visitors from around the world with a special K-Beauty-focused pop-up event called Winter Glam Seoul. Designed to reflect the beauty and fandom culture loved by global Hallyu fans, this event offers hands-on experiences and close interactions with industry experts.
From beauty talk shows and makeup classes to AI beauty consulting and idol fan meet-ups, Winter Glam Seoul delivers a concentrated K-Beauty experience in the heart of downtown Seoul.
Winter Glam Seoul at Seoul Winter Festa
Winter Glam Seoul is a K-Beauty pop-up event organized by Seoul City as part of the Seoul Winter Festa. The event runs from December 22 to 24 and is aimed at providing international and domestic tourists with a unique Hallyu experience.
The venue is KT Gwanghwamun WEST on the B1 floor, operating daily from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, making it easy to visit while exploring central Seoul.
K-Beauty Experience and Expert Programs
The pop-up is structured around multiple zones inspired by K-Beauty and K-Pop fandom culture. Visitors can explore a beauty experience zone, a beauty styling zone, and a dedicated fan meet-up area.
In the beauty experience zone, K-Beauty talk shows and beauty classes are hosted by leading makeup professionals. These programs require advance reservations through the Seoul Winter Festa website.
The K-Beauty talk show features Kim Dae-young, director of Adore Cheongdam, known for the beauty survival program Just Makeup, alongside artist Choi Ji-yoon from Jeong Saem Mool Beauty. They introduce makeup styles inspired by idols, actresses, and seasonal holiday looks.
The K-Beauty class includes an idol makeup demonstration by the vegan beauty brand DINTO, expert retouching services, and opportunities to test trend-driven beauty products.
Beauty Styling Zone and AI Consulting
The beauty styling zone allows visitors to participate freely without reservations. Here, a wide range of interactive beauty content is available, making it accessible to all attendees.
AI beauty consulting powered by Becon provides personalized styling suggestions, including skin and scalp analysis, hairstyle recommendations based on face shape, and personal color diagnosis.
Event and photo zones add playful elements, offering activities such as prize recommendations and sticker photo sessions, helping visitors create memorable moments at the event.
Special Fan Meet-up with K-Pop Idol RESCENE
On December 23, Winter Glam Seoul hosts a special fan meet-up with the global K-Pop idol group RESCENE. This program is available to pre-registered participants only.
The fan meet-up includes a beauty pouch reveal, behind-the-scenes stories from music video shoots, and a limited fan signing session, making it a highlight for K-Pop fans visiting Seoul.
About the 2025 Seoul Winter Festa
The Seoul Winter Festa runs from December 12, 2025, to January 4, 2026. It is a large-scale winter festival connecting six major locations in downtown Seoul, including Gwanghwamun Square, Cheonggyecheon, Seoul Plaza, DDP, Bosingak, and Uicheon.
The festival combines performances, interactive experiences, and K-Culture programs, offering visitors a comprehensive way to enjoy Seoul during the winter season.
