where contemporary fusion art based on cutting-edge technology will be showcased,
starting from December 9!
Theme - Let Things Go: The Relationships of Relationships
<Seoul Fusion Arts Festival Unfold X>
- The festival will explore the perspective that society is made up of a network of relationships among various actors,
highlighting organic connections and expanding relationships through artistic works.
- Featuring new works from 10 selected artists of the 2025 Fusion Arts Support Project,
as well as new announcements from selected submissions and exhibitions of 26 works from 11 countries in the contemporary fusion arts field.
- A variety of programs including exhibitions, workshops, lectures,
and performances showcasing cultural exchange among Korea, China, and Japan.

Joint project on the theme of 'City' featuring workshops, lectures, and performances by Korean, Chinese, and Japanese artists.
✅ Unfold X Talk
Artists will share their processes of transformation in their creative methods,
based on the philosophy that the process of creation is as important as the final result.
✅ Unfold X Forum
Gathering of eight institutions in the Korean fusion arts community to discuss the current discourse in the Korean art and tech ecosystem.
✅ Unfold X Cinema
A showcase of time-based video works in the contemporary art and tech fields,
featuring approximately 10 films in the cinema program.

‘Noémi Büchi’ - <Does It Still Matter>
An immersive audiovisual show reflecting on the transience of the material world and the physicality of the human body, questioning the fluid and immaterial nature of today's world.
‘Cod.Act’ - <πTon>
A work depicting a mechanical life form that twists and shakes its long metallic body to create sound.
‘Nuk Krytoff’ - <Language of the Earth>
A large-scale video installation made from 1,000 styles and 8,800 dance videos collected by 52 researchers from 196 countries via YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
‘Lee Jung-woo’ - <Written Film, Written History> (2025)
Showcasing the process of technology reconstructing history and memory through audiovisual images while questioning the peculiarities and biases of historical perception and issues of technological censorship.
Through Unfold X, we aim to strengthen global cooperation and East Asian networks,
expanding into an innovative art ecosystem that encompasses the sensibilities of Generation Z.
