Welcome to the Gyeonggi Province Real Estate Brokerage Fee Support Program for low-income residents.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Support is available for those who meet the following criteria:

Individuals receiving national basic livelihood benefits under the National Basic Living Security Act,

and self-reliant youth (under 39 years old) residing in Gyeonggi Province

who have completed the registration of residence after signing a contract for the purchase or lease of a property valued at 200 million won or less.

???? Support Details

Up to 300,000 won for real estate brokerage fees

Support is provided within the actual paid brokerage fee range.

※ Support is available once every two years from the contract date,

and double benefits from other agencies or programs are not allowed.

In-person application at the Land Information Department of Gimpo City Hall (1st floor, Civil Affairs Building)

① Brokerage Fee Claim Form

​

② Consent Form for Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

​

③ Certificate of National Basic Livelihood Recipient or Confirmation of Protection Termination

​

④ Copy of Resident Registration Certificate (including address changes in the last 5 years)

​

⑤ Copy of Sales (Lease) Contract

​

⑥ Copy of Brokerage Fee Receipt

​

⑦ Copy of Bankbook
