Spring Health Challenge in Pocheon City

As spring begins in March,
Pocheon City is here to support you in building healthy habits!
To celebrate Obesity Prevention Day on March 4th,
Pocheon Health Center will host a walking and running challenge for one month!
🌟 Challenge Overview
🗓️ Duration: March 1 (Sun) - March 31 (Tue), 2026
🎯 Eligibility: Open to everyone
📱 How to Participate: Download the 'Everyone's Runner' mobile app and join
(Choose walking or running)
🎯 Goals:
✔ Achieve 120,000 steps in walking
✔ Achieve 30 km in running
🎁 Participants who meet their goals will be entered into a draw for health promotional items!
📋 How to Participate:
1️⃣ Scan the QR code and download the 'Everyone's Runner' app
2️⃣ Select the challenge (walking/running)
3️⃣ Click to participate
4️⃣ Check your walking/running records
5️⃣ Achieve 100% of your goal
You can also sync with a smartwatch for automatic tracking!
