Gimpo City Health Center is recruiting participants for Mobile Healthcare!
What is Mobile Healthcare?
It is a program that provides health management services and prevents chronic diseases by linking mobile health management apps with activity trackers through smartphones.

March 9, 2026 - March 31, 2026
🎯 Target Audience
✔️ Adults aged 19 to 64 (Residents or employees in Gimpo City)
✔️ Those who have not been diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, or hyperlipidemia
*Priority will be given to those with at least one health risk factor identified in health screenings.
*Requirement: Must possess a smartphone.

First 200 applicants

✔️ Through Gimpo City Integrated Reservation
🔍 Selection Method
Application → Test Reservation → Confirmation after Testing
📋 Participation Criteria
Only those within the following criteria will be selected:
✔️ Results within standard limits
✔️ Submission of health screening results within 6 months from the application date can skip the test.
Health Factors
Blood Pressure
Systolic Blood Pressure: Below 140 mmHg
Diastolic Blood Pressure: Below 90 mmHg
Fasting Blood Sugar: Below 126 mg/dL
Triglycerides: Below 200 mg/dL
*Participation is not allowed if test results exceed these limits.
🗓️ Testing Period
April 6, 2026 - April 30, 2026
✔️ Weekdays from 9 AM to 11 AM, with 20-minute intervals (fasting for more than 10 hours before the test)
✔️ Tests for blood pressure, blood sugar, and lipid profile, along with body measurements and composition analysis.
📚 Program Details
✔️ Individual consultations and education from nutrition and exercise experts
✔️ Participants will receive a smartwatch (to be returned if participation is discontinued).
