Pocheon's Small Business Support Loan Program for 2026
Pocheon City is launching a loan support program for small businesses in 2026 to alleviate financial difficulties and enhance competitiveness.
Businesses in need of funding are encouraged to apply before the budget is exhausted.
◆ Overview of Support ◆
✔ Purpose of Funds
· Working capital (labor costs, purchase of raw materials, etc.)
· Facility and equipment purchase costs
· Total support amount: 10 billion KRW
✔ Application Period
· From January 21, 2026, until funds are exhausted
※ Early closure may occur upon budget exhaustion
✔ Loan Limit
· Up to 200 million KRW per business
(Repayment period within 3 years)
✔ Interest Rate
· Differential interest rates applied by participating banks
✔ Support Details
· Interest subsidy of 1.5% to 4.5% on the loan amount received from the participating banks

✔ General Small Businesses
New (2026 new subsidy): 3.5%
Existing (2025 beneficiaries): 1.5%
✔ Women-owned, Disabled-owned, and Disaster-affected Businesses
✔ Businesses located in Pocheon City
New: 4.5%
Existing: 2.5%
◆ Eligibility Criteria ◆
✔ Small businesses as defined by the Small and Medium Enterprises Basic Act
Manufacturing small businesses with headquarters and factories located in Pocheon City
Manufacturing businesses registered in Pocheon City
Small businesses not registered (less than 500㎡, with building use as 'factory' or 'Type 2 neighborhood living facility (manufacturing)')
◆ Excluded Businesses ◆
Excluded businesses include:
✔ Businesses currently repaying previous Pocheon City small business support loans
✔ Businesses not approved by financial institutions
✔ Businesses that are temporarily closed or have ceased operations (except for temporary closures due to fire or disaster)
✔ Businesses with outstanding national or local taxes
✔ Businesses not complying with factory registration (with exceptions for small businesses)
✔ Businesses that apply fraudulently
✔ Businesses manufacturing unhealthy video games or entertainment products
Pocheon City emphasizes the stability of small manufacturing businesses as a key to regional economic competitiveness.
Pocheon will continue to support the alleviation of financial burdens on businesses and promote sustainable growth.
