Eligibility
Individuals aged 14 and over who wish to receive a mobile disability registration card
* Consent from a guardian is required for individuals with intellectual, autism, or mental disabilities and those aged 14-18.
Application Method

* If your resident registration card or welfare card photo does not match your current appearance, a recent photo is needed.
* Photo size: 3.5cm x 4.5cm
Issuance Method
✔ QR Issuance
Immediately usable after receiving a QR code from the administrative welfare center.
✔ IC Disability Registration Card Issuance
Takes about 2 weeks after application.
Issuance Fee
Free
* However, from January 1, 2027, a fee (up to 3,000 KRW) will be charged for reissuance due to loss or other reasons.
