In the cold winter, many parents are wondering where to take their kids during the vacation.

Today, I would like to introduce a place that you can visit for free with your young children.

It's the 'I Love Kids Playground in Munsan'!

Operated by the Paju City Comprehensive Childcare Support Center, the I Love Kids Playground has two locations: Munsan and Geumchon.

The Munsan location opened in 2012 and is the first of its kind in Paju.

What is the difference between Munsan and Geumchon?

Location: 4th Floor, Munsan Happiness Center, 1680 Tongil-ro, Munsan-eup, Paju-si

Open: Monday to Friday

Visiting Hours: 1st Session: 13:30 - 15:00, 2nd Session: 15:30 - 17:00

Reservations are required.

The Munsan location is on the 4th floor of the same building as the Munsan Happiness Center and the Paju City Munsan Comprehensive Social Welfare Center.

The Paju City Comprehensive Childcare Support Center is located on the 3rd floor of the same building.

The playground is on the right side when facing the building, making it easy to access via the right elevator.

Starting in February, the playground will undergo remodeling and will integrate with the toy library, reopening on the 3rd floor of the Munsan Happiness Center in March.

Those planning to visit in February should keep this in mind!

The Munsan location has a cozy atmosphere compared to Geumchon and allows for an hour and a half of free play after confirming your reservation.

It’s a surprisingly quiet space, especially since it’s only open on weekdays.

While Geumchon focuses on physical activities, Munsan is filled with various toys.

For boys who love cars, this is a delightful space!

What types of play areas are available?

Role Play Zone: This area features various role-playing activities such as supermarket, store, and camping play.

There are also kitchen toys, doctor sets, and more.

Infant toys are available, making it a great place for nearby residents with babies!

Construction Play Zone: This area is filled with cars, trains, blocks, and animal figures, appealing especially to boys.

Toys are neatly organized in transparent boxes for easy access.

Book and Family Play Zone: A separate area for reading books is available, along with family play toys like vanity sets, vacuums, playhouses, and strollers.

The Munsan location is well-organized and satisfying!

Both Munsan and Geumchon have their unique attractions.
