Inside the train, a traditional liquor sommelier will introduce Andong’s representative traditional liquors, along with perfectly paired courses of various side dishes.
The entire journey, from departure to arrival, is a continuous ‘gastronomic dining’ experience!
This Traditional Liquor Pop-Up Train is a preview of the premium travel package ‘K-Gastronomy Belt Andong The Dining (1 night, 2 days),’ which will be officially launched in October!

Upon arriving in Andong, a full-fledged experience awaits.
A total of six courses are prepared in collaboration with four local traditional liquor companies.
You can choose from:

Prices are reasonable thanks to support from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the Korean Food Promotion Institute, and Andong City.
Tickets are priced between ₩75,000 and ₩85,000 per person, including round-trip train fare, connecting transportation, admission to tourist attractions, two meals, and traditional liquor tasting fees.
All participants will also receive a special dessert box filled with Andong desserts as a gift!
Kwon Baek-shin, CEO of KORAIL Tourism Development, said, “The Traditional Liquor Pop-Up Train is part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs’ ‘K-Gastronomy Belt Project,’ and is a pop-up travel product that connects the traditional liquor industry and tourism together with Andong City.” He added, “We aim to raise expectations for the officially launched ‘Andong The Dining’ and revitalize the local economy.”
